The Nespresso Boutique Bar has finally opened its doors in Canada’s largest city, Toronto.

This über sexy retail space (click on photo to enlarge and see slideshow), located at 159 Cumberland Street in prestigious Yorkville, gracefully enhances Torontonians’ experience with a wide range of exquisite types of coffees, not to mention refined customer service, and sumptuous design.

Italian architect Aldo Parisotto (of Parisotto e Formenton) hit all the right notes with his stylish, two-story, open concept space devoted to the world’s most popular beverage.

The Egg chair and Favh sofa – as well as all the sleek interior lounge furniture – were designed by Fritz Hansen exclusively for Nespresso. Hansen is in charge of furniture for all Nespresso Boutique Bars around the world.

In its Toronto location, internationally-recognized Nespresso offers14,122 square feet, seating 47 guests inside and 14 guests on the Cumberland Street-facing terrace, where customers can indulge in any of the 21 Grand Cru coffees, ranging in intensity and boldness by degree of roast.

But Nespresso Boutique Bar goes beyond merely coffee. Chef Jean-Charles Dupoire (Loire Restaurant) offers a light menu of primarily locally-sourced sweet (pain au chocolat, macarons) and savoury (croque monsieur) fare to complete the overall tasting experience.

In addition to the 21 varieties of coffee and the food options, the Toronto Flagship Boutique Bar has a recycling station available for consumers to drop off used aluminum capsules, and an N Pad Bar where guests can create personalized capsule art.
