Sweet Temptations At Bite Bar
What’s not to love about luscious, bite-sized desserts like gourmet cheesecakelettes, marshmallow bars, and mouth-watering mini-cupcakes (Red Velvet, Banana Splitz, Lemon Drop).
These are just a few of the items on the menu at Toronto’s Bite Bar, a small dessert haven at 57 Elm Street, which opened early in the spring.
This funky shop is aptly described as Toronto’s premiere bite-sized dessert bar, providing dessert lovers with a guilt-free option to enjoy their favourite treats, as well as a wide range of dessert-inspired alcoholic and virgin beverages.
The bar attracts a health-conscious clientele who likes sweet treats (click on photo to enlarge and see slideshow) without all the worry of high-calorie, conventional-sized-desserts. Pop Art design and bright wall colours complete the deliciously sweet experience.
During their holiday media preview, Bite Bar’s flagship location on Elm (at Bay) was strategically divided into two areas. The Biting Zone covered all the tasty eats, while the Beverage Zone covered their range of drinks such as sumptuous herbal teas (Marrakesh Mint, Bombay Chai, Pear Caramel).
In a few short months, Bite Bar has already become a favourite for locals and visitors alike, serving treats for patrons to events like the Much Music Video Awards, Toronto Fashion Week, and the Toronto International Film Festival.
Try it for yourself.
